Learn from master teachers Doug Keller, Sally Kempton, Gary Kraftsow, Cyndi Lee, and Rod Stryker as you take your yoga off-line, connect with fellow students, and deepen your practice. During this “choose your own path” event, you can study with each of the five teachers, or you can delve deeper with one over the entire weekend. With extended class times and limited attendance, this intimate retreat gives you direct access to these outstanding leaders in the yoga world.

We are thrilled to bring together our thriving online community for this unique opportunity to connect in-person and explore these deep teachings. Space is limited and classes are reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

Join us for a memorable weekend of practice, learning, and renewal.

** Attendance at this in-person event grants you online access to the classes you sign up for, and all the ones you were not able to attend as well. Yoga International will be filming most of the sessions during the event, and will be respectful and courteous of the atmosphere and intimacy of the sessions.

Lodging

Pack your bags for a weekend getaway in the Pocono Mountains! Yoga International is delighted to host our in-person retreat at the Himalayan Institute. For over forty years the Himalayan Institute Retreat Center has been a gathering place for people seeking inspiration and aspiring to restore inner balance.

Here, you can enjoy the peaceful campus, connect with others in the Yoga International community, and take time out from the hustle and bustle of everyday life by exploring the 400-acres of hiking trails, sweeping vistas, and peaceful waterfront areas. Three fresh, nutritionally-balanced vegetarian meals that draw from ayurvedic principles are prepared daily, and guests can enjoy 24 hour access to a hot tea lounge, wifi, and business center.

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport (AVP) is the nearest commercial airport, approximately a one-hour drive by car. More travel options are available.

This weekend is designed as an immersive get-away, so you can fully absorb and integrate the practices and knowledge shared and connect in-person with fellow practitioners. For this reason, only full weekend passes are available.
