  • Rod Stryker
    • Detox to Freedom

This session focuses on the essential tantric teaching of mastering both the inner and outer universe. You’ll move through a wise progression of asana that includes twists and forward bends, then work with deeper hatha practices to stoke vital force in order to access a vision of the highest promise of practice. In addition to asana, bandha, and mudra, this session will include chanting as well as kriyas and tantric meditation techniques.

  • Yoga of the Mind: Clarity and Insight 

Activation of the lunar force is said to cultivate healing, stability, tranquility, and the awakening of the light of wisdom. These practices emphasize increasing the self-nurturing, unsurpassed calm that allows us to remain centered in the midst of turbulence and steady in the midst of change.

    • Meditating in the Subtle: The Tantric Practices for Awakening Intuition, Heart-Based Intelligence, and Healing Wisdom

      Why is meditation considered such a powerful practice for healing? This session explores what healing meditation really is. You’ll learn about techniques of the tantric meditation traditions, which have unfolded amazing ways of working with the subtle energies of the body and mind. This meditation class works with visualization, mantra, inner channels, and imagination to help you open to your own power and innate intuitive wisdom.

    • The Tantric Path of Emotional Alchemy: How to Transform Emotional Pain Into Healing Energy

This session is all about the philosophical heart of yoga as it contains deep advice for living. In this session, you’ll examine a series of alchemical practices for going beyond emotional turmoil and learn how to develop greater sensitivity to your emotions through a series of meditations, reflective writing, and visualizations for healing. Chanting and stretching are interwoven into the practices as well.  

  • Gary Kraftsow:
    • Foundations of Tantra

Learn the philosophical foundations of tantric yoga, as well as the methods and purposes of the various practices that have emerged from the tradition. Explore the integrated use of breath-centric asana, pranayama, and mudra to bring awareness into the central channel (sushumna) and the journey along the path to liberation. You’ll learn to activate mantra in the chakras through central channel breathing and use the power of meditation to affect deep inner transformation.

  • Integrated Viniyoga Practice

In this session, Gary guides you through an integrated practice of asana, pranayama, chanting, and meditation. You’ll learn how these practices inform one another, particularly how asana serves the meditative experience. You’ll be encouraged to think about what yoga is on a deep level and how the practice of it can help you achieve what you want in life.
