Yoga found its way into my life in 2000. What I didn’t know then was how profound of an impact it would have on my life.
In 2010 I attended a ParaYoga immersion in Naramata, British Columbia Canada.
Here I was introduced to the deeper aspects and energetics of yoga. Over the next 10 years I dedicated my time to study with Rod. This process has been more than just a yoga class. It has helped me to find techniques to use when life challenges happen and be present when life is harmonious, I have grown spiritually, I continue to find inner peace and find purpose in all that I do. Being part of the ParaYoga community I have found long lasting friendships and support to be the very best version of me.
I am a teacher of yoga to a dedicated group of individuals. I teach from my heart and apply the principles of ParaYoga in my practices. In my personal practice as well as when I am teaching, yoga is like returning to home.
I spend many hours in nature and I will always continue to evolve and grow as a student of yoga and continue to find happiness in all that I do.
