Marma – Principles of Enlightened Practice explores the inherent ability of yoga to reach, heal and awaken the light of human potential. The Sanskrit term marma means sensitivity, secret, or the core of a thing. The goal of this training is to help you refine your teaching skills and apply energetic principles to reach students of all levels. You will learn to awaken your sensitivity and to adjust bodies with your hands, words, and heart. You will also learn how to efficiently use voice, presence, and intention to create powerful classes.
