“Silence cures all” is one of the most meaningful proclamations of the Vedas. To immerse oneself in silent retreat––supported by the practices that promote your return to the fullest, most complete version of yourself––is as profound a gift as you can give yourself as well as the world of which you are a part.
Join Rod Stryker––one of the West’s leading yoga and meditation teachers––as he leads this 5-day, silent retreat.
Open to a very limited number of participants, we’ll gather at Nirvana Springs Ranch where the Sawtooth mountains, its pristine lands and healing hot springs nurture participants and sacred practices (yoga, breathe work, meditation, contemplation and self-reflection) that restore body, mind and soul.
Our time together is dedicated to helping you transform unwanted patterns, heal your body, soothe your nervous system, purify your mind, awaken inner wisdom, re-ignite the light of your soul and deepen your connection to the Sacred.
Our days will include:
- Morning yoga practice
- 2 (one) hour-long, guided meditations
- Afternoon pranayama (breath work) sessions
- Guided Yoga Nidra
- Dharma talks
- Journal prompts
- Full immersion in the curative hot springs and cold plunges
- Free time
Nirvana Springs Ranch is very remote in the winter. Access to and from the property is via snow machines. Participants need to be prepared for and comfortable with potential extreme weather and conditions. Participants are also asked to have experience with meditation and capable to sit for 2, one hour sessions per day.
Retreat participants will arrive on February 2nd around 2pm. The retreat will begin with a late afternoon session, orientation and then dinner. The retreat will close with lunch on February 6th.
