The ancient teachings on the koshas (the five coverings of the soul) are indispensable to understanding yoga as a holistic practice––and to being able to more skillfully apply the wisdom they carry. The highest expression of this wisdom is found at the confluence of three distinct wisdom traditions: Yoga, Tantra, and Vedanta. Collectively, they illuminate nothing less than the most profound experience of life, the koshas, and the highest plateaus of yoga practice.

This 40-hour, self-paced, online course guides participants to positively influence each of their five koshas/bodies: physical, energetic, mental, pure intelligence, and causal, while at the same time, inviting them to uncover the great mysteries that reside at the edge of spirit.

The new self-paced online immersion version of Kosha, Kriya, Yoga: Unleashing the Science of Soul has been designed to make these invaluable teachings and practices accessible to students, teachers and seekers of any level.

Along with 3-month access to all of the original, course-content recordings, tuition also includes five livestreams with me. These sessions include Q&A and supplemental lectures over the course of four weeks. The first live-stream session will be held on August 28th with subsequent, weekly sessions on the following dates: September 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th. Each session begins at 10am MDT. Access to recordings of each livestream will be shared within 24 hours of each session’s conclusion.

Registration includes an extensive pdf-downloadable/printable manual, access to all course content via recordings, five live-stream sessions with me, and access to recordings of all live-stream sessions, which you’ll be able to revisit as often as you like for 3 months from the first livestream on August 28th.

The training, open to all levels of practitioners, consists of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation—systematically woven together to powerfully affect each of the five layers progressively. The ultimate aim of this course, and all of ParaYoga’s teachings and practices, is to guide dedicated practitioners along their personal path of self-mastery––in both the inner and outer worlds. The basis for this is direct experience through practice––unique, time-tested techniques supported by authoritative, yet accessible, teachings. This leads to embodying the wisdom, balance, and freedom that is Yoga.

This new self-paced, online immersion version of Kosha, Kriya, Yoga: Unleashing the Science of Soul has been designed and is led by ParaYoga’s founder, Rod Stryker. His intent: make these invaluable teachings and practices accessible, to any and all who are inspired––all those who see a life of less fear, replaced by more joy and fulfillment.

Along with 3-month access to all of the original, course-content recordings, tuition also includes five livestreams with Rod. These sessions include Q&A and supplemental lectures over the course of four weeks. The first live-stream session will be held on August 28th with subsequent, weekly sessions on the following dates: September 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th. Each session begins at 10am MDT. While we of course encourage attending as many live sessions as possible, it is not a requirement for course credit. Access to recordings of each livestream will be shared within 24 hours of each session’s conclusion.
