We gather in this majestic location with purpose and purposeful practices. Immerse yourself in sublime meditation and yoga sessions, deep relaxation including yoga nidra, contemplative techniques, as well as inspirational renderings of timeless yogic knowledge. Through the power of inner and outer silence, our time together will focus on guiding you back to your innate power of knowing and joy of the Sacred.

Open to a very limited number of participants. We gather at Nirvana Springs Ranch where the Sawtooth mountains, its pristine lands and healing hot springs, and the Salmon River meet to nurture and support participants. We’ll utilize the most essential practices to restore body, mind and soul.
Day 1
The retreat begins at 4:30pm on February 21st with an introductory talk, yoga and meditation. Dinner follows at 6:30pm.
Days 2-4
“Noble Silence” begins in the morning and is observed for three days with the exception of a single Dharma Talk and Q&A for one hour each afternoon.
Our last evening together we break silence for a closing circle and dinner.
Last day…
Yoga and meditation 8:00 -10:00 am. (Silence is observed before and during this session.)
The retreat closes with brunch at 11:00 am.
Daily Schedule includes:
Morning yoga practice
> 2 (one) hour-long, guided meditations
> Afternoon pranayama (breath work) sessions
> Guided Yoga Nidra
> Dharma talks
> Guided journaling
> Full immersion in the curative hot springs and cold plunges
> Free time
Participants are asked to have experience with meditation and capable to sit for 2, one hour sessions per day.
