A Silent Retreat with Rod Stryker at Nirvana Springs Ranch
February 21-25, 2024
We gather in this majestic location with purpose and purposeful practices. Immerse yourself in sublime meditation and yoga sessions, deep relaxation including yoga nidra, contemplative techniques, as well as inspirational renderings of timeless yogic knowledge. Through the power of inner and outer silence, our time together will focus on guiding you back to your innate power of knowing and joy of the Sacred.
“Silence Cures All” is one of the most meaningful proclamations of yogic wisdom. Join Rod Stryker–one of the West’s leading yoga and meditation teachers–as he leads you on a journey back to your best self.
Open to a very limited number of participants. We gather at Nirvana Springs Ranch where the Sawtooth mountains, its pristine lands and healing hot springs, and the Salmon River meet to nurture and support participants. We’ll utilize the most essential practices to restore body, mind and soul.
