Harness your unique power to thrive in this intensive workshop where you will begin to uncover your life’s purpose and contribution to the world.

Certified Four Desires Trainer and ParaYoga© Level 1 Teacher Sarah Hutchinson will lead you through the step-by-step Four Desires process developed by Yogarupa Rod Stryker. This training counts fully toward the ParaYoga Master Training program.

Are you feeling the the urge to uplevel your life? Would you like to know what holds you back from living your full potential? What if you could take the yoga buzz off the mat, to work, into relationships and your community as an authentically empowered and evolving human?

Svadhaya is the Sanskrit term for self-study and is one of the niyamas (observances) described in the Yoga Sutras, a time tested Owner’s Manual for living an empowered and evolving life. The Four Desires focuses on svadhaya and offers practical tools for self mastery. We’ll combine yoga poses and breathing, yoga nidra and meditation with assessments, reflection, journaling, mind mapping and lecture. You’ll engage in exercises designed to give you tools to take into your daily life. This process will allow you to understand the deeper, quieter desires of your soul. The result? You will have the tools to live a fulfilled, purposeful and and empowered life.
