These words touch me each time I hear them. As the creator of the process, however, I cannot help but notice that all of those who share their experience with the process have one thing in common: they applied themselves to it wholly, committed to the entirety of it. This is why I am inspired to offer the follow-up program to the course: 

Embodying The Four Desires with Yogarupa Rod Stryker

You experienced it, so you know that The Four Desires immersion was a deep dive into the real work of self-discovery. Even so, the end of the course marked more of a beginning, creating a powerful opportunity that potentially will lead to real change; however, its effectiveness truly rests in what you do when it is over. Continuing to apply and refine what you uncovered during The Four Desires is essential, and so is moving through the remaining parts of the process—all of which I designed to ensure that you actualize your best intentions and most soul-driven life. 

Stirred to support you and your process, I am offering this 4-session follow-up series. For four consecutive weeks, you’ll return to the heart of this deep, personal and transformational work. I will further coach you through refining your Dharma Code, Vikalpa and Sankalpa, as well as walk you through additional exercises and opportunities for self-reflection (some that we did not cover during the course). I’ll guide you to further your work with the Creation Equation. Each session serves as a progression, leading ultimately to the culmination of The Four Desires process. 

In each Zoom session: I’ll introduce new concepts, review vital TFD principles, and provide general feedback on homework assignments. Each session will also include Q&A and a specific guided meditation based on that week’s theme. 

Each livestream will last approximately 90 minutes and will be recorded: a link will be sent to you the following day. Assignments will be given after each session that will need to be turned in no later than 48 hours before the next session. 

Come prepared to each session with your TFD Workbook*, journal and pen. Be ready to dive deep once again, and continue the work that will bring you into more fully living your soul’s true purpose!
