Join Yogarupa Rod Stryker for a weekend of exploring Tantric hatha yoga, with an emphasis on the teachings of the Isha Upanishad. Yogarupa will lead practices that highlight the essential components of this classic text, and share its luminous and powerful wisdom. Each session will include lecture, asana, bandha, pranayama, meditation and discussion. Open to all levels of experience.
