Our focus is on the subtle force/essences of prana (expansion), tejas (luminosity), and ojas (vitality). We explore the principles of how to build them as well as how they empower asana, allow us to tailor these practices to individual needs, and to awaken highest potential. Classes will include two deepening asana, pranayama, and mediation practices.

Knowing how and when to apply these practices, ancient wisdom tells us, is key to realizing the promise of yoga and to achieve lasting happiness and success. Class will include two deepening asana, pranayama, and mediation practices and highlight the progression of practices that lead us from the body to the mind, to energy, and ultimately to spirit.
