Thursday 9 AM – 4:30 PM: Tantra Vidya, Kundalini & the Subtle Body

All-day Intensive, Mixed Levels

Tantra is the most comprehensive and holistic approach to yoga. Like the thread of a necklace, Tantra links all the gems of the diverse practices of yoga (including: asana, pranayama, visualization, bandha, energy work, subtle anatomy, meditation and alchemy) into a single, exalted approach. The aim of Tantra Yoga is to merge the material and the spiritual, to realize our potential in both, and to enable us to embody limitless power, freedom, and prosperity. Through theory and practice we explore Tantra’s approach to Yoga and the practical methods that allow us to embody the boundless force of Spirit.
