Emphasis is on awakening hidden intelligence, intuition and stillness.

Saturday (2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
Pranyama: Yoga’s bridge to self-mastery

Awaken the hidden potential and power of the breath and, along with it, build the forces that attract happiness, success and fearlessness. Learn to resolve the hidden patterns of how you breathe which are related to psychological patterns. We also explore the inner concentration practices that, when combined with pranayama, lead to perfection of retentions and bandha. Previous asana practice recommended.

Mudra: Yoga’s bridge to Delight

According to the ancient texts, Mudra opens the doorway to the real power of Yoga. Integrating asana, pranayama and bandha into a singular practice, mudras are highly transformative yet, accessible to most students. Experience the power and wonder of these diverse techniques and enliven your practice and life. Class includes vinyasa, pranayama and some meditation.

Sunday (2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.)
The Yoga of Meditation

Meditation is the practice that leads most directly to the heart of yoga. To be able to do it successfully and for meditation to fulfill its promise it must be approached systematically. In this session we move through several practices so students can experience the power of approaching meditation methodically while we highlight which techniques may be the most relevant for you or your students.
